We collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on our website, including the Contact Us form and the "Get Text Updates" form. This may include your name, email address, phone number (including your mobile number) and the address of your job site.

We use your information only to communicate with you about your request and about the utility locating work we do for you, such as scheduling, job updates and billing.
How we share your information
Your information is available only to our employees who need it to do their jobs. We will not sell or share your information with other third parties, except:

Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Advanced Underground Utility Locating (AUUL), we use your mobile number only to send messages about your utility locating jobs: appointment confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, on-the-way updates and billing notices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
