After 10 years in public utility locating and witnessing the inaccuracies in the industry, our founder Shawn Rushing developed a vision; to give our clients the accuracy, planning and communication that was lacking in the industry.  AUUL was founded in 2001 on that premise in Spokane, Washington.  We strive to be the benchmark for utility locates, accuracy and followthrough. Specializing in private utility locating, employing cutting edge technology, and mapping; AUUL has grown from servicing one state to over four in the last three years as a result of strong client relations and referrals.
